In an effort to meet the many requests from parents to switch their child’s instructional model from virtual to hybrid. Parents who wish to make the change from the ACS Virtual Academy to the hybrid instructional model should complete this form by September 24th. Once the form is complete, schools will contact parents to confirm the transition. Students who switch will begin October 5.
