
There is excitement in the air!!! Tomorrow May 29, 2024, at 2:00 State Superintendent Weaver will make a special presentation and we want as many students of Allendale County Schools as possible to be in attendance. All Allendale-Fairfax Elementary students will be transported to the gymnasium of Allendale-Fairfax Middle/High for this presentation.
A-F Elementary students will start boarding the buses to be transported to A-F Middle/High at 1:20 PM. At the conclusion of this presentation all car riders will be transported back to A-F Elementary by 2:50 PM for dismissal. All students that ride a bus home will board their respective buses at A-F Middle/High and be transported home from there.
All A-F Middle/High students that ride a bus will be dismissed at 3:30 instead of 3:15.

Last but not least, the PreK 3 and 4 students also received awards.

Students on Honor Roll were awarded with medals for their academic excellence.

Students of the Month from April and May were acknowledged during the ceremony. Students can earn this honor by embodying the character word of the month.

There were performances by the AFES Cheer Squad and Pre-K3 class. The crowd loved the cheerleaders' routine so much that they asked for an encore!

Teachers and students with perfect attendance for the entire school year were recognized for their dedication and consistency.

Allendale-Fairfax Elementary School held an awards ceremony for the fourth quarter. Some students earned the Principal's Award for receiving all A's.

Allendale-Fairfax Elementary School held a pep rally to get students pumped up about testing! There were skits, chants, and dances that got the students excited and prepared for next week.

Tomorrow, April 26th, Allendale-Fairfax Elementary School will be putting on a Snow White play at 6:00 PM in the gymnasium. The Tigers Steel Band will also perform. Admission is only $5.00, so come out to see our students showcase their talents and hard work!

The rising 6th graders visited Allendale-Fairfax Middle School, where they were welcomed by Principal Dr. Dandy, staff, and students. The students were able to ask questions about the school, complete a student-led tour, and meet teachers and staff. They were engaged with a scavenger hunt and Kahoot game, and left feeling more prepared for the transition to the middle school.

Tomorrow at 9:00 AM the Allendale-Fairfax Middle School will be hosting the rising 6th graders. There will be a walking tour and panel discussion to make the transition from elementary to middle school easier for our scholars.
