Principal Leath appreciates our amazing school counselors for their dedication to both students and their families! Our counselors advise our scholars while working closely with parents, to ensure every student is set up for success and aligned with their academic goals. Their guidance, support, and care helps us build brighter futures for our students. #ThankYouCounselors #TogetherWeCanDoThis #NSCW25
Allendale County Schools is excited to kick off National School Counseling Week! Our counselors do more than just advise academically, they also help our students with personal growth and challenges, including standing up against bullying! One of our students, Neveah G., shared her gratitude for the protection and care she's received, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the work our counselors do every day. Your kindness, dedication, and support make a difference in every student's life! 💛 #ThankYouCounselors #TogetherWeCanDoThis #NSCW25
Dear Parent or Guardian,
We’re excited to tell you about a free program, ENGAGE Allendale, that will provide your student with an extra layer of support this school year. Here’s what one parent had to say about this program:
“I couldn't ask for better dedication and support for my daughter. Our mentor is a blessing and has incredible energy. I love how she got my daughter out of her shell and talking more (and finding her voice to speak up more). Thanks to our coach and this program, my daughter loves school and learning again. This program is the best thing that could ever happen for my daughter and me!” — ENGAGE parent

The elementary students performed "Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer" as a finale to their Winter Program. There were special guests such as Principal Leath, school teachers, and even Santa Claus! Not only was it entertaining, but it also showed why bullying is never okay, even if someone is different than you. The 12 Days of Festive Flair is all about spreading kindness and positivity. #12DaysofFestiveFlair #RudolphtheRedNoseReindeer #WinterProgram
The 12 Days of Festive Flair is meant to spread holiday magic and joy to everyone, even those outside of our district. The Winter Program at our Elementary School was so good it would get any Scrooge into the holiday spirit. Our kindergarteners performed a skit and danced to "Marshmallows and Hot Cocoa". We also heard an upbeat performance of "Jingle Bells" from our 1st and 2nd graders. #12DaysofChristmasFlair #HolidayClassics #WinterProgram
We are halfway through the 12 Days of Festive Flair, but we are just getting started! Our students at Allendale-Fairfax Elementary School performed holiday classics like "Twas The Night Before Christmas" and "Must Be Santa Claus". Stay tuned for more content from our Winter Program. #12DaysofFestiveFlair #HolidayClassics #WinterProgram
Our third grade students were excited to use their new dictionaries and received guidance from the Hampton County Rotary Club and their teachers. This will expand our scholars vocabulary which will directly improve their reading and writing skills.
Thank you to the Rotary Club of Hampton County who presented all our third grade students with dictionaries! We are so grateful for their generosity and kindness, as it provides our scholars with the necessary tools to be successful.
