Get ready for a night to remember! On February 13 at 6 PM Allendale-Fairfax Elementary School will be hosting The Valentine’s Masquerade Ball in the gymnasium. This family-friendly event will feature music, decorations, and be filled with love. Students will have the chance to enter our King and Queen contest and masks will be available to purchase for $3. Our Winter Concert at Allendale-Fairfax Elementary School was an original production featuring a breaking news theme and performances representing diverse cultures. The program included selections from our kindergarten, third grade, and fourth- and fifth-grade chorus groups, as well as our faculty choir. Our related arts teachers thoughtfully incorporated multiple elements of the arts, highlighting music, dance, visual art, and media. A special holiday edition of our Mindful Moment segment reminded us how to stay positive during the holiday break. The show was worth seeing and a wonderful celebration of creativity, culture, and community.
